We want you to be happy with Learnix Pro (KES 999 per month, paid by M-Pesa). Because lessons are digital and unlock immediately, refunds follow the simple rules below.
1. When you will get a full refund
- Double or duplicate payment — you were charged twice for the same month.
- Paid but Pro did not activate — your M-Pesa payment went through but your account was not upgraded and we cannot fix it within 24 hours.
- Wrong amount — you were charged more than the price shown on the payment page.
- Change of mind within 48 hours — you ask within 48 hours of paying and have completed no more than 2 Pro lessons in that time.
2. When refunds are not given
- After 48 hours from payment, or after completing more than 2 Pro lessons, for a change of mind. Your access simply continues until the end of the month you paid for, and Pro does not renew unless you pay again.
- When an account is closed for breaking our Terms of Service (for example, sharing paid content).
- For M-Pesa transaction charges applied by Safaricom.
3. How to request a refund
- Email us or use the contact form within the time limits above.
- Include your account email, the M-Pesa phone number and the M-Pesa receipt number (e.g. QK12AB34CD) and the reason.
- We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are sent back to the same M-Pesa number within 7 working days, and your Pro access for that payment ends.
4. Paid but still waiting?
If you paid but Pro is not active yet, first open your dashboard — confirmations can take a minute. If it is still not active after 10 minutes, contact us with your M-Pesa receipt number and we will sort it out quickly.
